Mr. Boland is an accomplished healthcare executive with more than three decades of senior leadership experience, including serving as Chief Executive Officer for major healthcare organizations in Canada. Throughout his career, he has led complex institutions through transformational change, financial restructuring, digital modernization, and system-wide performance improvement. Under his leadership, the organizations he guided earned national recognition for quality, innovation, and operational excellence.
A respected governance leader, Mr. Boland has served on and chaired numerous boards and executive committees across healthcare, economic development, and community organizations. Mr. Boland began his career in engineering and technology with IBM Canada, developing a foundation in innovation and systems thinking that continues to shape his executive approach.
