Following an exceptional policing career, she has spent the past seven years as an international consultant, strategic advisor, curriculum architect, and executive‑level trainer specializing in public safety leadership, critical incident management, trauma‑informed practices, crisis negotiation, major case management, and organizational resilience.

During her policing tenure, Monique served as Division Commander for Patrol Services, Investigation Services, and Support Services—becoming the first female senior officer in the history of her police service. Her leadership portfolio includes major investigations, emergency management, crisis negotiation, critical incident command, and operational oversight of multidisciplinary teams operating in high‑risk, high‑complexity environments.
