Naveed Nisar Solangi is a distinguished security, aviation, business, and strategic investment executive whose career has been defined by vision, enterprise-building, and an exceptional ability to translate relationships, opportunity, and regional insight into sustainable business platforms.

With more than twenty-five years of executive experience spanning aviation and airport management, security, facilities management, contracting, systems integration, logistics, transportation, business development, and enterprise operations, Naveed brings to Veritas Institute® a rare combination of commercial acumen, institutional credibility, and deep regional intelligence. Having lived in the Middle East for more than four decades, he possesses an extraordinary understanding of the region’s business environment, cultural dynamics, economic priorities, and evolving security landscape.

His appointment as Regional Director and Equity Partner for the MENA Region represents an important strategic milestone in the continued international development of Veritas Institute. In this role, Naveed will contribute to the Institute’s expansion across one of the world’s most dynamic and strategically significant markets, strengthening Veritas’ relationships with governments, corporations, security organizations, aviation stakeholders, and senior decision-makers throughout the region.

Naveed’s career includes a particularly distinguished contribution to the evolution of aviation security in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Recognized as a pioneer in the field, he initiated the first private security company dedicated to protecting major airports across the Kingdom. His early recognition of the importance of professionally structured private security capability helped advance the security architecture supporting critical aviation infrastructure and established a precedent for the role of specialized private-sector expertise within the national security ecosystem.

Throughout his career, Naveed has occupied senior executive and entrepreneurial positions across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and the wider MENA region. His leadership portfolio has included serving as Chief Executive Officer of Golden Falcon Travels & Tourism; Managing Director and Head of the Advisory Board of Iron Fist Security Services; Founder of Quantum Cronus, Alsaiqa Security Company, and SW Security Services; and strategic leadership roles with organizations including Strategic Pioneers Constructions W.L.L., 313 Services, and Golden Pioneers.

Equally significant is the depth of Naveed’s institutional and governmental network. Over decades of engagement, he has cultivated senior relationships across key governmental and national authorities, including the Ministries of Interior, Defense, and Foreign Affairs, as well as the General Authority of Civil Aviation and other strategic institutions. His relationships extend across major regional enterprises and global security, infrastructure, energy, technology, and defense organizations, including ARAMCO, NEOM, Riyadh Air, BAPCO, ADNOC, ARAMADA, BAE Systems, and Raytheon.

This breadth of connectivity gives Naveed a distinctive ability to operate at the intersection of government, industry, capital, and enterprise. He understands not only the operational realities of security, but also the strategic imperatives shaping organizations and national economies across the region. He will be instrumental in advancing the Institute’s MENA strategy, cultivating strategic alliances, expanding institutional relationships, and positioning Veritas as a leading professional education and executive development platform for the global security sector. His presence will help connect the Institute’s academic and professional framework with the rapidly evolving requirements of governments, security organizations, critical infrastructure operators, aviation stakeholders, and multinational enterprises throughout the region.
