Campus Emergency Operations and Lockdown Command is a comprehensive North American certification program built for the realities of modern colleges, universities, and private school campuses across Canada and the United States. The program combines ICS / NIMS / IMS operational doctrine with trauma-informed, student-centered response practices, giving learners the tools to lead during lockdowns, active threats, medical crises, severe weather events, hazardous materials incidents, and complex multi-agency emergencies.

By the end of the program, learners move beyond policy awareness and gain the confidence to make high-consequence decisions, coordinate responders, communicate under pressure, and command a campus emergency operation from initial notification through recovery.

• Deliver clear, timely, and actionable crisis communications to students, staff, parents, media, and external partners.
• Support post-incident recovery, continuity of operations, and trauma-informed community stabilization.
